ReHashRigs is a small team operation. Every unit we sell, the owner personally tested. We stand behind what we ship — if something isn't right, reach out directly and we'll work it out.

Overview

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for refurbished and used units that arrive not as described. As-Is listings are final sale — condition issues are disclosed upfront and priced accordingly.

If a unit arrives DOA (dead on arrival) or with an undisclosed fault, we will make it right regardless of condition grade. See the DOA policy below.

What's eligible for return

Eligible

  • Unit arrives not as described in the listing
  • Undisclosed physical damage or missing components
  • Wrong item shipped
  • Unit will not power on (DOA) — see DOA policy
  • Hashrate significantly below the listed spec under normal operating conditions

Not eligible

  • As-Is listings — condition is disclosed in full and priced accordingly; these are final sale
  • Buyer's remorse or change of mind
  • Damage caused by improper power (wrong voltage, undersized breaker)
  • Damage caused by overclocking or tuning beyond rated specs
  • Units that were working on arrival but failed due to environment (heat, dust, moisture)
  • Firmware preferences — Vnish/LuxOS are pre-flashed per request and cannot be "returned" as a service

Return condition requirements

Items must be returned in the same condition they were received — all original components, cables, and PSUs included. Units that are returned damaged due to improper handling or packaging will have repair costs deducted from the refund.

Pack it the way it arrived. ASICs are heavy and the boards are fragile. Use the original box if you kept it, or equivalent foam padding on all sides.

How to initiate a return

    Contact us first — email [email protected] or use the contact form within 30 days of delivery. Include your order details and a description of the issue.
  2. 02
    Send photos or video — a short clip of the unit powering on (or failing to) and any visible damage makes diagnosis much faster and usually resolves things without a return.
  3. 03
    Wait for a return authorization — don't ship anything back without confirmation. We'll respond within 1–2 business days.
  4. 04
    Ship the unit back — use a tracked, insured service. Pack it well. We'll provide the return address once authorized.

Refunds

Once the return is received and inspected, refunds are issued within 3–5 business days via the original payment method. We'll email you when the refund is processed.

Partial refunds may apply if a unit is returned with missing components or damage not present at the time of sale.

Dead on arrival (DOA)

If a unit will not power on at all when it arrives, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include a video showing the power-on attempt, connections, and any LED/display state. We take DOA claims seriously — this has never been an issue with a refurbished unit we've shipped, but if it happens you'll get a full refund or replacement, no argument.

Note: "DOA" means the unit will not start. A unit that starts and mines but has a degraded hashboard is a performance issue covered under the standard return window, not DOA.
